Exchange

Exchanges are only accepted with receipt. Simply download and complete the Return Authorization form. Email completed return authorization form to returns@rachellymswimwear.com. All submissions will be reviewed for approvals. If an approval is issued, the return authorization form will be emailed back to the customer’s provided email address. Print & mail approved return authorization form, invoice and merchandise back to address stated on form.  In-stock merchandise will be shipped approximately 24 hours after receipt of merchandise, at no extra charge for shipping and handling. Customer’s credit card will be charged for new merchandise and a refund issued for the returned merchandise upon receipt.

GIFT RETURNS  

How do I return an item I received as a gift?

 To return an item you received as a gift, send it back to RACHELLYMSWIMWEAR.com, along with your online gift receipt. Download and email the return authorization form to returns@rachellymswimwear.com.  IMPORTANT: If you wish to receive a gift card in the mail upon return, please note your request on return authorization form, otherwise, a refund will be issued back to the original credit card used for the purchase. If the gift was purchased at a retailer other than RACHELLYMSWIMWEAR.com the merchandise must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Returns               

Upon receipt all goods should be examined for accuracy, any discrepancies or defects should be reported within 48 hrs of delivery, in writing to returns@rachellymswimwear.com. Defective goods may be returned to Rachel Lym Swimwear Inc, along with return authorization form, receipt and merchandise purchased. ALL returns must be received in house 7-14 days after buyer has received goods. No returns will be issued for merchandise received after these provided dates.

Return By Mail

Complete the Return Authorization Form included in your original shipment and enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging (when possible) with receipt of purchase. Affix the enclosed shipping label to ensure correct delivery outside the box. Packages must be returned pre-paid; we are unable to accept COD deliveries. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Please note that this option is available only for items ordered from RACHEL LYM SWIMWEAR.com. If your item came from a retail store, it must be returned to original retailer. Refunds are processed 72 hours after item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refunded. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
